The service here is second to none. Customer service is what it should be. Truly an awe inspiring experience. Jack, and his techs have every reason to be proud !!
They have a special program for people without enough money or if they don't want to put it on their credit card. The program is through NAPA. Instead of 24 months and 24K mile Warranty if you go through this program it is 6 months interest free and 36 month or 36K miles on all work done. So even if you do have money you can still take advantage of this program like I did.
The people there, from the front desk to the mechanics, are very friendly and helpful and explain in detail what is needed to be done. I am happy with them and as long as I am in the area I will continue to use their service.
I have been to McDermott Automotive several times with several vehicles. They are VERY through in their inspections making sure they photograph each problem and document everything in writing. They have always told me what I NEED to have done and what could wait but should have looked at in the near future.
The whole crew at McDermott Automotive are great! They are super friendly and are always willing to answer your questions and/or concerns. Very reasonable with their prices and always making sure you are getting the best deal. Highly recommend going to Jack for any car service you need done. I won't take my car anywhere else.
