Mike Townsend is the most honorable and morally correct sales person I have ever dealt with. What he says is going to happen does. I just bought a used truck from him ( my 3rd one) and it had some issues that were missed during inspection. Mike stood by his word and fixed the problems and sold me a road worthy vehicle. I cant even tell you that I am a Chevy fan, but I am a Mike Townsend and Burtness Chevromet fan. They have always treated me more than fair. Good job to the sales staff and technicians.
